louis vuitton outlet - USA Louis Vuitton Official Website - LV Official

Bought a gorgeous new clutch I had been eyeing for months. Took a while to get an associate, holidays, I understand. Got home realized, oh, there's no box. They
only put it in a felt bag and then sealed the shopping bag. Sneaky Sneaky.  I've bought from locations in Las Vegas and Boston, and both gave me boxes and flawless
service. All the other locations let me look at the bag they were giving me before they packaged it up for me.

Got home realized no box. Called LV (probably got someone at corporate instead) and explained I didn't get a box. She said they typically are not issuing boxes
anymore, but if you really want a box, just come back with the original receipt no problem. I wanted the box because I like storing them that way.

Showed up with my original receipt. Explained to the associate that I called and was told I could come in for a box. She went on to tell me how "Boxes are for gifts
only." You know what I thought in my head, "Hey, guess what, this IS a gift. For MYSELF!" She obviously has never bought gifts for herself. Sad. So she then
proceeds to say, but for you this time I will. Gee thanks for doing me the favor, considering I was told I could have one over the phone already. Honestly, how much
does the box cost in comparison to what you pay for the product. Lady I will buy the box lol.

Associate leaves, gets my box. Says I hope you enjoy your clutch. I say, Yea, I will. BTW I want to look at the Syracusa bag. Associate's face lights up thinking
she's going to make a sale. Love the bag, I'm buying it at a different store. I just wanted to try it on thanks.

Cheap Authentic Louis Vuitton Handbags USA Online Sale Outlet

We were shocked and pissed off, we asked to speak to their manager; luckily, the manager was pretty nice and understandable. She gave us the option to look at other
styles right away and did the exchange for us; I'll give them another star just for her service.

Not to mention I called one month ahead before my purchase for a wallet, it was out of stock; the S.A told me on the phone that it would be back in stock after a
week and she would call me when it arrives - never received a call back from them.

Overall, not a decent service store to shop at. I'll rather make a drive to SF download for future purchases.
Seems like the culture has changed at LV.  When did it become normal practice to bum rush the cash register for assistance? For the years I've been an LV addict, I
have always waited patiently at a display case for the next available associate.

Today I visited the store only to be bypassed by people crowding the register.  It was very disorganized.  Since LV products pretty much sell themselves, the
experience of purchasing one of their items was definitely not what it used to be.  I would have made my purchase at the Stanford LV, but they didn't have what I
wanted in stock. At the end, a very nice associate did help me with my guaranteed sale.
WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. Order online lol.

haha First of love to all you people that have had the same experience as I have at this store. Second: I love LV and will continue to buy, just not this location.

Louis Vuitton outlet store online offer Authentic cheap usa louis

This LV store confuses me just as much as many of the reviews on here indicate. It's in the mall, and not the most upscale mall in the world, but they certainly
have an attitude that I haven't even found on Rodeo Dr in LA.

I've been here numerous times because I end up with LV purchases elsewhere but require some services, personalization or accessories here. Usually the male staff
seem to be nicer and far more helpful than much of the female staff. I'm not sure why this is since either way I'm spending money. They don't really care too much
about you when you stroll in, especially if you're not wearing anything nice, however it's different for the men that work here since once I had an urgent need to
do a surprise bday present for someone but I was wearing my gross gym clothes. Not only did I not get turned away but it turned out to be one of the best
experiences I had there.

The sales associates are just on and off sometimes. You never know.

As for stock, they typically have an ok selection here, not many people walk into this store and walk out with goodies so ... I guess that says it all.
I agree with most of the reviews here, their services need huge improvement.

My boyfriend bought me a purse here about 2yrs ago and the service was alright, so giving one star here.

I bought my boyfriend a men's wallet for Valentine's Day this year but he didn't like it because it's too big; he did put money in to see how it looks like when he
got it. However, he didn't use it and put it back in the box. He then went back to the store with me yesterday trying to exchange it to another style that is
smaller and compact; when we first talking to a female S.A., she found the dollar bills in the wallet and immediately said that the wallet has been used. We tried
to explain to her that we indeed didn't use it, she insisted we did and told us that there's no way she can exchange it. Come on! You can TELL from the wallet and
it's still brand new! My boyfriend said, "You can't really expect genuine sincere service from this company, it's all about money. So when Jay-Z steps into the door
and treats them like shit, I don't feel sorry for them."

Authentic Designer LOUIS VUITTON HANDBAGS Outlet Online

on another note, the new location is better. it seems a bit more spacious then the previous joint and is it just me or did they get in trunks now.
It does not take 3 weeks to fix my sunglasses. You pop the gold bars and use a special tool. My sunglasses are $700 and have been sitting in the stop for nearly a
month.

I found it incredibly frustrating as I have had to call over three times to get any issues resolved.

This LV is a hit or a miss and to make matters worse they are remodeling and still have my sunglasses. I can not get ahold of them until they open their temporary
store soon.

I can not believe how LAME this is. The only reason I even attempt to give this place 2 stars is that one or two of the employees make the difference. The location
is convenient and typically they have everything I need in stock.

Looking back I might just have to travel to Palo Alto more often for better service
It's quite confusing how this place has such bad reviews.Every time i go with the hubby we get greeted by security and sales associates right away.Short and to the
point, the serivce here is great.
Really?! How did this location manage to get any positive feedback. I will make this review short and to the point. The salesperson that was "helping" me was rude
and snobby. I felt like she did not want my business so I left and bought my bag at Stanford instead. Sometimes I wonder who hired these idiots.
Really bad customer service here...just because I am wearing yoga pants and flip flops does not mean that I don't have money. Sales people repeatedly walked right
by me to help other customers FINALLY someone helped me she was nice and I ended up picking a bag that I loved but they didn't have the size I wanted so they
ordered me one. In order for them to order one and reserve it you have to give your credit card information which I did. They charged me for it when I picked it up
and then I looked through my bank statement and saw 1 week later they charged me for the bag again...double charging is a big no no my book. I called and they
quickly took care of the problem so I give them credit for that.

Lv Bag _ Perfect Products In Your Life

i was going to take my business to ferragamo over at s.row or LV at stanford (where customer service is much better then valley fair) when I WAS APPROACHED (yes it
happened, an LV sales rep finally approached me)...by ANDREW.

so now let me tell you why if you choose to come to this LV you should only visit when Andrew is working. first of all...he actually approaches customers with a
smile and a greeting unlike the rest of those "sales associates." i serously visit this LV about 2x a month and not always at busy times...and i have to say...this
was THE FIRST time in 4 months that an associate has approached me. HALLELUJAH FROM THE HEAVENS.

Andrew C. big tall asian guy (who looks more like security guard then sales associate) had a great attitude even when it was jam packed elbow to elbow in there, 90
degrees, with sweat flying everywhere. in fact he even had beads of sweat flying but none the less, he provided excellent customer service and wasn't phased by the
heat or the amount of people. i was searching for a bag for my bff and had NO idea what to get yet he helped me, without complaint, while it was basically a
slaughter house in there that weekend. And the best part is...HE DIDNT TRY TO UPSELL ME!!!! HE WAS HONEST AND HELPFUL!!!!!!! ANGELS SINGING NOW! (am i at stanford
LV or this really still valley fair LV?!!! SLAP ME so i can wake up from this dream!!!)

so yes this review is long and LV at valley fair still sucks but at least if you must come for whatever reason...FIND ANDREW C. he will turn around ur crappy
experiences and make you consider returning. (IM STILL GOING TO STANFORD THOUGH - VALLEY FAIR LV SUCKS!!!!) but maybe LV management is finally doing their job and
hiring semi-qualified associates for a sales position.

Louis Vuitton Purses Outlet

FYI- they are remodeling & expanding their original location so they are currently set up right across the Body Shop.
i have been here so many times and i have never written a review. however i have FINALLY decided to write one because the customer service here is just really
really poor (but they now have one decent associate, ANDREW C, hence the 2 stars...otherwise id give just one star for being at valley fair, read on to see why I
say he's decent) and this isn't the first time i've experienced poor service here.

when i first walked in, no one approached me - i was standing around waiting for help for about 15 min. which is fine because they were busy that weekend. however,
i asked one sales associate(CHRISTINA), who was standing around talking to a co-worker for 5 minutes for help (and yes, I waited patiently for 5 minutes because I
thought she was busy but after eavesdropping on the convo for 5 mintues, it was clearly a personal convo with bits of "bag talk" thrown in..im guessing to fool the
managers into believing they are discussing bag questions or something?- question: why are you standing around near the back having personal convos when there are
customers awaiting your service? HMMM). she literally helped me for 5 min, kept trying to sell me bags out of my price range and when i said i was looking for
something in the lower range she  tried to brush me off by saying she had another customer. but guess what...i caught her 2 minutes later telling ANOTHER CUSTOMER
she would be back later (that customer probably wasn't good enough either - these LV associates must be on commission or something!! their commission rate must be
really poor  there which would explain the poor morale of the workers!!) and then i proceed to catch her having another short personal co-worker convo before
reluctantly assisting a persistent customer.. i was about to leave at this point because like i said, im familiar with the poor customer service here.

Louis Vuitton Purses Outlet Haya Liverpool

Hey this store rocks!  The staff is great, enthusiastic and not pushy.  They actually give you the time to make up your mind without acting like you're wasting
their time.  Most of the customers here are tourists from all over the world but it's great shopping in this store.
awesome customer service!! plus, 5 stars for being cheaper than stores in CA and for having cheaper sales tax!!
I really love this Louis Vuitton with passion! The reason being is that the service here is awesome possum, literally. Being from the bay, my boyfriend and i were
on vacation in Waikiki and I decided why not spoil myself on vacation and do a hefty amount of shopping starting with Louis Vuitton? I came here, everyone in the
store was very kind and generous. Never too pushy, but always trying to help. Now that's what I call customer service! Totally more considerate and nicer than the
Louis Vuitton workers in San Jose. The gentleman that helped us was a man named Keiko who was awesome. I don't know how else to describe him because he truly was
awesome. I ended up purchasing a purse from him and he was real kind and told me that since sales tax is cheaper in Hawaii than the mainland that he would give me
his business card and I can order on the phone personally through him with a cheaper sales tax. How sweet is that? After my visit to the LV store and my
tear-jerking departure of Hawaii, I came home to a postcard from LV Waikiki sitting on my desk and what do you know! It was from Keiko. He wrote a postcard thanking
me for being a valued customer and that if there's anything he can do for me in the future don't hesitate to call and ask. That totally made my day :)
The service here is getting a lot better. I went in there a few days ago and although it was extremely busy, all the associates acknowledged those who were waiting
to be helped. The sales associate that helped me out was Andrew; he was friendly, patient and knowledgable. I will make sure that he is working the next time(s) I
decide to make a purchase at LV.

Discount louis vuitton handbags on sale

Eugh..so after walking away with two new bags at Gucci down the way from LV I walked into the store after my husband insisted I walk in and see If there was
anything that would catch my eye. I walked in and no one batted an eyelash or offered any kind of assistance. No "Good Morning Miss".. NOTHING.

So I browsed and looked around. Hmm.. 5 minutes later.. still no help. I glanced around and people were standing in place in front of their stations still willing
to help me with a thing. Were they insulted that I just walked in their store with two humungo Gucci bags? Pssh whatever.

So I actually found a bag that I liked (discovered it on my own and tiptoed myself up high enough to grab it thank you very much). I was actually considering the
purchase when the hubbs said, "Eff this.. I'll buy if for you online. I'm not going to give any of these bitches the satisfaction of a commission. Lets go"

Love this store. I come here every time I'm in Honolulu. They have great customer service and their sales associates greet you right away. You don't feel the
pressure to purchase anything when talking to them and they don't judge you (even though you're in a tank top and shorts and sweaty from sunbathing). They are just
so genuinely nice showing you their products. I came here looking to purchase one particular bag, but then my sales person suggested a new Louis bag that recently
came in. I feel in love with it when I tried it on and I could not decide between the both. Needless to say, I left with both and a big smile on my face. I love
coming here because the prices are a bit cheaper than the mainland and tax is half of what it is back home. A month after my purchase, my sales person sent me a
thank you card. How nice of him. I will so back again, and again, and again.

LV bags wholesale,LV bags on sale,lv bags replica

...and off we went. Total browsing time within the store? Id say a good 10 minutes. Amount of help received? NONE.
Granted this LV store is open until 11pm every day (!!!!) I can't help but drool over the gorgeous LV bags they have here. Apparently this is the No. 1 LV store in
the nation -it's on a busy corner smack in the middle of Waikiki wading with a bajillion Japanese tourists and everyone in between.  I like that the prices are 5%
lower than on the mainland, I usually buy my LV here rather than the mainland but one downer is that I can't take the beautiful boxes with me :(
So its a new year and new me so why not treat myself to something nice right? I went in knowing exactly what i wanted and nothing was going to change my mind but it
did. I looked upstairs and downstairs and a friendly sales associate came up to me and asked me if i needed help. I gladly said yes and she helped me look at the
wallets i wanted to see and even helped me look at the matching purses. I was stumped. I had originally went in to grab a wallet but i than debated on if i should
get a purse instead. I kept looking around unsure and the sales lady waited there patiently with me and always asked if i needed help. After a long hour of deciding
i ended up getting a wallet i didnt think i would get but i love it and couldnt be any happier about my decision. She was very patient and friendly with me and
never rushed me. She also didnt judge that i didnt have the money for it because of the way i was dressed. This is the first LV wallet ive ever purchased but i look
forward to buying the matching purse when i get the money for it. Over all im happy with everything and i cant wait to go back and buy my purse. :)
Wow! This location you need to come 3 visits to get at least 80% Customer Service! I came to exchange and waited 20 minutes for someone to service me.. But as soon
as Japanese tourist came in she went straight to them? So I was just waiting at the counter for another employee to only tell me she was going to have someone
assist me. A male employee finally came and had no smile and body language was so aggressive that I felt bad that I was bothering him. I asked to see 3 handbags in
different rooms and again he made ugh noises and made me feel so uncomfortable my heart didn't want anything. He held the handbags as if it was cheap...I asked if I
could see any books because a lot aren't displayed he said " There all being used"? Okay, he didn't even look... Well I left with getting a credit back of the
difference for a handbag I didn't even want... I just wanted OUT! He did mention for me to come back because they were really busy? I finally returned and got 100%
service after telling them my situation! Yay!

LV Bags | Learn and Find Facts About LV Bags Online

I love my Louis Vuittons! always had excellent service whenever I'm lucky enough to drop $$$ on their luxurious bags *droools* and they know how to take good care
of their clients I've even received hand-written postcards from the salepersons that sold me the LV bags thanking me for my business and if I needed any more
assistance they'd be glad to help
They stole $700 from me but the fiance is happy so that's all that matters. A surprise gift from here beats all the ABC crap you could bring back to your loved one,
plus it settles them if you've just bought yourself an $800 DSLR!
I will never forget my experience here. It was one of the best ones yet! I knew what I wanted and I was in and out of the store. I came around 9pm since they close
about midnight at that time. There were still so many tourists. I made my purchase and walked back to my hotel as fast I can since the streets of Waikiki aren't
usually safe, especially if you're walking around with a 600+ bag. A week after my purchase, I received a letter from one of the associates that helped me. I was
definitely wow-ed! It's a good way to bring me back to that store again with that kind of excellent service!
Woo-hoo!  Christmas in Hawaii was a blast.  And you know what?  Mostly everything in Waikiki is OPEN on Christmas day and that includes...LV!  My sister, cousin,
and I hung out with our favorite SA, Sandra (miss you already!), on Christmas nite in the VIP room.  We drank our champagne and ate the chocolates....Sandra spent a
couple hours with us.  We got to see a beautiful limited edition bag (only 200 made).  It was the Galliera made out of Tatami mat.  My sister bought some cute shoes
and my cousin bought 2 bags (in addition to the 1 bag she bought earlier in the week.).  I left empty handed...oh wait I got my free LV candle, a good buzz from the
champagne and my big island candies chocolate fix!!!  See you again for Christmas 2009 Sandra!
Bunch of cherry picking snobs! Don't go to this LV store.. just move along and make your way to Gucci. Ask for Jason, he'll set you up and make sure you're taken
care of.

RIHANNA

w/o Chris Brown!

but instead:  LIL WAYNE

Rihanna, hunny, sweety...  your taste in men is awful.

But you can still stand under my umbrella-ella-ella anytime.

Just leave your entourage (and weezy) behind and we ride in my jeep, b:
In hopes to repair my merely 6 month old Eva clutch (the chain broke while under my arm.. WTF?!), I took it to the Ala Moana store to request a repair... Where they
treated me like dirt.  They were extremely rude, and in the end they quoted me 3 months to fix the broken chain!  It was such a small thing to fix, so that was a
ridiculous time frame.  I have heard other horror stories where they brutallsy judge you at high end stores, and I was finally a victim of this discrimination.
In my sadness, I called the Waikiki store for hope of a better quote, and low & behold... 3 weeks!  WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!  As soon as I got into the store, I
explained my situation and was quickly assisted by a manager.  She was so polite and professional.  She requested that I have a seat while she printed up a receipt,
and also offered water during the wait.  She returned soon after with my paperwork, and I was on my way.  They did call back in 3 weeks to tell me that my bag was
repaired and available for pick up, which was an effortless process that took no more than 10 minutes.  LV Waikiki is a lifesaver!

PS:  Parking in Waikiki usually sucks, but the meter parking in the lot off of Kuhio by the lunchwagons seems to always have stalls open.
Service was fantastic here - while I didn't splurge on anything, 2 girl friends I was with did. Not only is the tax only 4% in Hawaii, but their retail price is 5%
lower than in the states. I was very tempted to buy something just because of this fact, but the store manager was very nice and said that we could always place a
phone order and have it shipped over.

Louis Vuitton Damier Canvas Neverfull GM

Mahalo
Wow! I was in Hawaii 2 weeks ago for vacation. I bought a bag from the store. And I just received a hand written letter from the associate who helped me that day.
This is what you call excellent service :)
im copying and pasting this from darin,

1. As Connie, Nette, and Buttercup mention, the prices here are 5% less than on the mainland.
2. They receive new items IMMEDIATELY, sometimes before you even know about them.
3. The store is in fact open until 11, 7 days a week including holidays (actually this is true for almost all the boutiques in Waikiki) and PACKED all the time.  In
a drunken stupor and feel the need to buy a trashy wallet at 10.45 pm?  Head here.  It's also located a few blocks from most bars and clubs.  How convenient.
4. Another reason common to all stores in Hawai'i: 4% sales tax.
5. English is the SECOND (possibly THIRD) language spoken here.
****************************

but ill add another tidbit. this is the first lv i felt comfortable, well maybe not comfortable, but accepted may be a better word. i walk in in slippers and shorts
and a tshirt...... but EVERYONE in waikiki is dressed like this. the staff welcomes everyone.
4.7% tax here in honolulu. which works out great for those who live in the SF / Bay Area.  Fairly large store carrying both men's and women's products, including a
fairly wide selection of apparel. Service here was friendly and attentive staff.  No one was pushy to push us to buy anything.  However, we did end up making a
little purchase here and would definitely come back for more future shopping adventures.

Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Neverfull

I think I've missed a couple of things, but they're all mine, suckas! Ha! I'm no 'newbie' when it comes to LV. My very first LV was in the 80's --a speedy, when LV
first came out this way and was associated with snooty, rich old ladies or no one knew what the hell they were. And back then...a speedy was about $350. Yep, read
it and weep. That's how much more they were "affordable" back then.

Over the last several years, the majority of my LV purchases have been made in the Honolulu store. Why? Because the service is hands down the best, and like the
other two reviewers here, the prices in Hawaii are a little lower, but that may change soon.

Anyway, with all the tourists coming through, especially Japanese tourists, this LV store has got to kiss ass moreso than any of the LV stores I've been to. So much
so, that there's one sales associate in particular who I've befriended over the years of traveling to Hawaii and buying from this store. When I'm in Oahu, I will
only buy from her. Which means, I give her a call in advance of my vacation there, let her know what I'm interested in seeing--especially if there's new stuff that
hasn't hit the local LV stores here. Since this store is considered a global store, they typically have more inventory coming in and will get the new stuff first.
Upon my arrival at the store, I get to preview all the cool, new stuff in the "special" room upstairs, and get served Veuve Cliquot and brownies from Big Island
Candies.

I end up spending a couple of hours in this store and with no pressure to buy, even though I usually end up dropping a couple grand or so.

I love this LV store!

So the tax here is about 4.7% , it was 4.1 before they had to move it up half a point to pay for the new rail system.  If your from a state (GA) like mine, that is
a bit of savings.  Also, the stuff there is cheaper.  It depends on the item, but the max I found was $20 bucks off an Odeon (about $700 retail) and $10 bucks off a
wallet (Sarah, Josephine).  It's not sigificant but it does help.  I was also told that in Maui it is a bit cheaper because of thier tax is lower than Oahu.

Great place to shop and take home something special.  Also,  if you can , put your purchase in your backpack or something discrete like another bag (i.e. an ABC
store bag).   Waikiki is not a normal shopping area and you will stick out like a sore thumb walking around "the strip" with an LV bag..... they don't ship to
mainland either....HTH's!!
Talk about AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Patient, kind and always willing to pull down as many bags as you'd like to see. I like that they very subtly help you
narrow the choices down by telling you they have to put some away so the counter doesn't get cluttered. At least that helped me! I want to go back to Waikiki all
the time just to experience the LV service at this location. Cannot even compare this location to the one in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
Oh, Louis Vuitton, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways...

1. Multi-colore Speedy
2. Multi-colore Trouville
3. Monogram Canvas Manhattan PM
4. Vernis Copper Bedford
5. Monogram Canvas with Cherries Bucket
6. Denim Mini Pleaty
7. Vernis Fuschia Pochette
8. Antigua Sac Rabat
9. Monogram Croissant
10. Silver (mirror) Pochette
11. Various wallets, keychains, hair bands, luggage etc.

louis vuitton handbags

Then last year, they must of figured it out, no longer do they ship out to the 48 states, only within Hawaii......   :(

But their prices are still cheaper and so is their tax rate, so if you are on vacation, splurge and you will end up saving in the long run.....
I like the selection in this store but it's always jam-packed...I'm not even kidding. It's like a freaking zoo nonstop unless you go in the morning or dinner time
when all the tourists are eating.

If you need some help, ask for Jean Bang...the tall Asian dude with nice style. He's really helpful and won't hesitate to give you great service. Most of the people
there are just on the lookout for Japanese tourists to make their commissions on...so annoying
This is what I expect from a high end store.  Wonderful service, nice and friendly!!  (You think you automatically get that when you drop 1K+ on a purse but it is
too often not the case).

This store is right in the heart of the Waikiki busy shopping strip and a few stores down is Chanel.  It is a huge store with 2 stories (didnt go up).   Womens
goods on the right,  clothes on the left, and men's stuff on the top.  I was immediately greeted by Stephen who was uber knowledgable and friendly (not in a fake
kind of way).

He showed me around and I asked him if they had anything that was not sold on the mainland.  He said no.  (I missed out on the 30 inch watercolor that was sold in
Hawaii only a year ago so I was hoping there be something here).  He showed me around and offered me water and a refreshment! (never had that b4).  I had a
Bloombury on and he asked me how it was working for me.etc...engaging and nice.

LV Handbags Outlet Stores,Discount & Free Shipping

I once made the mistake of telling a friend from UH to meet me at the Louis Vuitton next to the ABC Store and across the street from the ABC Store. Needless to say
we ended up at different LVs...and when counted, it was discovered at as of Feb 2008 there were three LVs next to ABC Stores and across the street from different
ABC stores.

But that is not the point of my review.

Back in 2004 (?), my mother found a gift card for LV that was like more than 5 years old. We went to the store to ask if they would still honor it and they did!
They were super nice about it, too. The bags also last forever. Great quality.
Mary is awesome!!! Nice old Chinese lady she takes care of me and my friends!!!!
This is one of the best LV stores you will find.  I was on vacation and thinking I will check it out with my man, there tax rate is 4.71% so I am thinking I will
save some tax.   We walked the Waikiki strip so many times and I am always thinking, this place is for Japanese tourists, we can just buy our stuff online or in the
City........

I met this sales person Chiharu, wonderful personality.  Anyways, I did find a bag and a passport holder.   She told me that if I bought 2k worth, she could send it
to me via FedEx for free and with no tax.  I am thinking, this is too good to be true.......

Hawaii is supposedly under international price system, so all their goods are cheaper than the immediate US 48 states.........

The bag I found was 1400 here and in Waikiki it was 1320, saved 80 bucks....The only problem was they have to ship out, can't take with you.........

Came back here and all of us ordered more thru the phone cause I was on their mailing list already.......
